Picking up your delightful angels from school when they come running out to give you a huge hug is one of the best feelings. (Obviously I am talking about my niece and nephew as I sure as hell do not want my own ‘angels’.)
It makes me smile when they come bounding towards you beaming with happiness, because, duh Auntie Nikki is picking you up. BUT, what I actually hate about the school pick up is those parents who are so far up each other’s arses I wonder how they make it home.
I’m talking those parents who gather in the corner like they are discussing who they are going to sacrifice next. Just try me huns. They don’t let anyone else in their coven, sorry, I mean circle. And holy hell if your kid has upset their kid in any way you are doomed, doomed I tell you. Because little James can do no wrong. He is an angel and the best kid that ever was. Your kid on the other hand, is the spawn of Satan, and Susan is about to share this news with you. Get ready.
My anxiety stresses me the fuck out going on the school pickup. Like what door do they come out of again, what time is it, will I remember what my nephew looks like when he gets let out? Who honestly knows, not me huns.
Honestly, I think these parents forget that they are fully grown ass adults and they do not need to be bitchy and make other people feel like shit. It’s like a spin off series of Mean Girls that just never ends.
Luckily as I’m not a parent I do not give a tiny rats ass and I will just ignore them. But, for those that want to be included don’t be such a dick. You wouldn’t want your kid to get bullied so don’t bully others you crazy, sick son of a bitch.
Some parents are lovely and I will defend them should the bitches of Eastwick wish to select them for sacrifice. Not on my watch lady.
Now please get that stick out of your ass and remember, you’re a grown up with a child who is watching your behaviour and we sure has hell don’t want little Jimmy to think this is acceptable now do we. Sheesh.
