I don’t know about you huns, but, I’m the type of person that has to have something to look forward to in life to make me function. It can be a holiday, a shopping trip or even putting a plan together of what I want to do with my life (you know, the small things). If there’s nothing exciting or inspiring happening it makes me feel sad and, well it’s just shit isn’t it.
For me working on my dreams and goals is what keeps me going. Knowing that there is something better for me out there, I just have to keep working at it. This is all fun and games until someone comes along and shits all over it. Cheers hun. For this reason I have stopped sharing certain things as the Debbie downers can sod off.
They always say (not sure who these they are all the time but they always seem to have a lot to chat about) that if someone tries to talk you out of a goal or a plan it’s usually because they feel they can’t do it themselves. They either don’t believe in themselves enough or they could just be super lazy and uninterested. Why should you achieve your dreams and goals if they can’t? Why should you be happy when they aren’t? Why would someone like you be a success?
Why fucking not hun. If I work my ass off and am good at what I do then just watch me.
This applies to many things in life. Even small things like getting on a health kick or telling someone your outfit plans for a night out. You eat something other than a banana or avocado and Susan from accounting is all up in your business. Susan hun, it’s a fucking potato. Please remove yourself from my eye-line before I shove it up your ass.
Or ok hun, don’t you wear trainers on a night out but I’m going to and watch me run rings around you when you’re heels are hurting your feet and you’re walking like you have shit yourself. Oh how the mighty have fallen hun.
The moral of the story is, when all said and done, it’s your fucking life!!! Your dreams. Your goals. Your potato. Drown out the haters with your success. Until then keep it quiet. Hustle in private. Make plans in private. Don’t eat your potato in private though, wave that shit around. You do you, huns.
