Refunds 
We offer a refund within 14 days from the dispatch date. Please contact us using the contact tab above to apply for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us, unused and in the same condition that you received it within the time frame stated above. All returns must also be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment. The refund will be for the goods minus delivery costs and any transaction fees.

Return Shipping
Postage is at the returners expense and we advise you send via a tracked or signed for method. We can-not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if sent using a non-traceable method.

Late or missing refunds
Please allow 10 working days for your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund after this time, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is processed by them.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
